Standard Telecom is incredibly helpful, totally reliable and full of surprises. They buy and refurbish old Nortel phones and they specialize in creating new and improved office phone networks, but they are also experts at connecting all manner of devices to your business telephonic systems - car phones, iPad phones and even the watch and shoe phones - coming soon. They are full of amazing surprises.

This company exceeded all expectations! I wasn't sure of what I needed to enable some features on my phone, and after 4-5 emails I ended up having a refurbished unit send out to me for a reasonable price. Called them because my phone system was dead and he walked me through resetting the system. No charge. He could easily have charged me a bunch of money to come into the office. Very honest and trustworthy. 5 stars.

This company is very experienced in the field of Norstar telephone system and very professional and very helpfulJohn , the tech or the manager I contacted him with a huge problem in my Phone system that affected my business , He diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me the parts required in less than 3 hours and the problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes at zero labor chargeI really appreciate your help JohnI recommend this company for any one who need repairs or maintenance or even installing new Norstar or Nortel Phone system

I'm not very tech savvy so I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. He walked me through the solution and how to do it properly. The matter was fixed almost instantly! I have contacted this company for the phone service and pay the premium #395 for a service call and end up $169 for additional hour for setting up the voicemail, message doesn't pick up after 6 rings, I have contacted John to express my concerns, but he asks to pay for additional charge but not sure the problem will solve.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Buying a refurbished Nortel phone system was such a good option due to price compared to any other system that we were quoted. Standard IP installed and set up the phones creating a great purchase experience. We experienced very little down time and the phones work wonderfully. We would recommend a used Nortel phone system to any business owner looking to have a very cost effective alternative to IP based systems.
