The delivery was flawless. Measurements were taken prior to the fridge coming into the house/door openings to insure there would be no issues. There was a lot of care to also insure there would be no damage to furniture/walls while bringing the fridge to our basement (the old one was also taken out). The workers were very courteous and made sure we understood what needs to be done prior to it being plugged in.We were extremely happy!

Everything about the delivery process was seamless. The two men that showed up were very kind and friendly. I only caught one name, I think it was Sean... super helpful, set up my new washer and dryer and everything was working instantly! Very happy with this company, as it seems many are with all their 5-star reviews!

This feedback is regarding my recent home delivery experience. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. They called me in advance and once they arrived at the building. Although there was a dent on the stove during the first delivery after they opened the box (damage not caused by them), they handled the situation professionally and provided me with options. So I chose to return it. During the second delivery, they were efficient and careful not to scratch or damage anything inside my unit.They also took my old stove. Highly recommended.

Ryan and Abdul removed our old (Kenmore) washer dryer while delivering a new set from Costco. The job was flawless. Except for a minor power pole incident- no damage (the hydro pole is in a terrible spot and it seemed to swing right back to vertical). The set up, communication, background info and punctuality deserve mention. Excellent job. I’d recommend this team in a heartbeat.

Was delivered on time. The 2 young men that delivered it came into our house, pre measured and removed both glass doors. They were very polite and worked well together getting this huge freezer down two levels to our basement. Put doors back in place, I would say they were great, very professional and made it a pleasant experience! Thank you to both of them! You’ve got a great team working for you!

We were very pleased with the delivery services provided by Joseph and his partner. They installed our new washer and dryer efficiently and in a timely manner working professionally and kindly! After it was completed they made sure to do a test run of each appliance to ensure it was installed and working properly. Taking away the old appliances effortlessly was the icing on the cake! Received a delivery from Costco of a washer and dryer set. Our delivery man named Joseph was extremely friendly and managed to deliver our appliances with no hiccups, even though it was a difficult delivery to do. The set was delivered to a basement apartment, which had a missing step replaced by a ramp, but he still made it work. Extremely happy with the service. !!
