Every time I get a coffee for myself and my wife I ask for regular with milk and 9/10 I get cream. Yesterday I got a mouth full of coffee grinds in it today I got cream again and it didn't even taste like coffee it was flavored waterI love timmies but I'm done with this one

5 starCoffe is always on point with timing and tasteA lot of traffic so don’t expect perfection when situate unbearable.If you haven’t worked fast food industry,you will not understand,If your order is not right they make it there 1st priority to make it right,Time is everything and they make it timed out to the best of there worth.I enjoyed a morning there on Tuesday I sat down and had a chocolate milk..i had already had a couple coffees prior

All good here. Too bad for some of the negative reviews. I go through maybe a couple times a month, usually mornings. Drive through goes quick usually, but I can understand that there are times when it can be slow too. I believe they are doing as good as they can.

My son had a gluten allergy. I asked for gluten free options and the employee at the cashier said 'no' very rudely and made my son very sad. Tim hortons offers gluten free options.

The Tim Hortons in Stirling does not have enough staff working. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru because only one young woman was working. And kudos to her for sticking it out. Poor management, obviously. Won't go back.

Food was very good and they got my order correct! Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was the regular, but great, timmies atmosphere.

Both of our orders were wrong. The employee would scream out that an order was ready for pick up (very loudly) BBQ Chicken Bowl tasted more like sausage than chicken.The roast beef was a tough, thin steak. Fries were cold and dry. We won't go back there.
