Redline Promotions

This is a brutal company to deal with. I booked some tables, chairs etc and a tent through this company for my wedding. Once the deposit was made the service went right down hill. It took weeks to get a receipt for the deposit then a couple of weeks to get the info for the remaining balance. Once that was paid it was another couple of weeks to get that receipt. On the day of delivery for the wedding the wrong tent showed up. This was because (and the subcontractor was able to show me emails) Redline didn't bother to even book the tent rental until 3 days before the event. Deliveries that depended on a dry place to store the goods had to be pushed back costing me extra money. Three months later I was charged for damage to the tent that was rented. No call or email was sent to let me they just charged the card that they had on file. Do yourself a favor and book with someone, anyone else..

I hate to write reviews because i believe that everyone has a different experience with companies, its a Luck thing sometimes!But with this company its a whole different bad experience!Im shocked with the low level of professionalism i was dealing with

Short recap: booked a bouncy castle a week in advance, and when I had to pick up (a day before the party) they weren't at the warehouse and had cancelled my order without notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, save your time and use GIGGLES RENTAL.I called a week in advance to book a bouncy castle for my kid's party. I spoke to a girl that didn't seem to know much info as she kept placing me on hold to ask a guy in the background. She was able to get me a price and a pickup date and time. I left her ALL my info including phone number, address, and email. I asked her if she needed my credit card information as I've rented from the past from numerous companies, and she went ahead to tell me no

My son and daughter are the most popular kids in school, even the one two that use give my smallest a hard time are getting along. Couldn't be more bless!

I'm not the type to write a review, but i thought the customer service was so terrible that i had to. I placed an order and paid, then realized that what i reserved wasn't available and they actually gave me a substitution. Mind you the party was for a boy and instead i was getting a girly bouncy castle. Despite cancelling same day (20 days before the event), i had to argue to get my money back minus the $60 cancellation fee. To make things worst the owner used such nasty language towards me. I'm BIG on customer service, i would pay twice the amount if i know that the people i'm doing business with took pride in serving their customers. I would never recommend them .

Do not use this highly unprofessional company. They will leave you high and dry. should be no stars. RUN

To what I understand under new ownership.New staff is great Adam helped me get everything I needed. I recommend it again to everybody very good company now
