I visit Jake's cottages at least once a year. Les is a great host and this adds to the overall experience. The cabins are always clean and boats are well maintained. Look forward to my next visit. Thanks again Les!!!

My family and I go to Jake's each year for our family trip. The place it clean, the owners take care of anything you need (wood, worms, propane) and the boats have always worked great. Already looking forward to next year!

Love this place come here atleast 3-5 times a year. Les is an amazing host very laid back and relaxed. Fishing is great. This place is relaxing with a beautiful view which is amazing. I could practically live here! They offer cottages from 2bedroom to 4 bedroom, also offer small boats to pontoons. I highly recommend this place!

I had the pleasure of staying here recently and don't have a single complaint about this gem of a place. The owners were wonderful and the grounds/cabin were very well taken care of. The views of the Trent, especially during sunrise and sunset are absolutely stunning.The playground was a very well appreciated addition as it kept my 5 year old busy and content.

Been coming for 46years this is what Heaven looks like Les and Jan are the best they make you feel like part of there family cabins are awesome the air is great and the fishing is awesome PS my dog Miss Molly really enjoyed her first trip this year thanks again Les and Jan

Worst cottage I have ever been in my life. The two individuals who run this campground, Les and Jane, are extremely rude and racist. Never in my life have I felt so harassed by these 2 people. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. There are so many other cottages in Campbellford. Don't even waste your time or money here.

We have been going up to Jake's Cottages for several years and really enjoy our time there. We specifically go to Jake's for a fishing weekend and are never disappointed. Les and Jan are great people who care about their clients and provide a great place to just spend a quiet and relaxing time with the family.

My husband and I rented a cottage up here for a couple off days. We were allowed to bring are 100 pound dog. What a great place,clean lots off hot water great people all over the park, The cabins are super clean and cozy.(best sleep I have gotten in a while)My dog also had a great time swimming and checking everything out. We well be back awesome camp site
