I got totally ripped off by this company. Ordered a door and it took several months to get. And when I went to install it realized its wrong in shape and the tracks where totally wrong. And they wouldn't even help me out. $1800 bucks down the drain. Just hoping I can sell it.

I also fell victim to their trap - I too ordered a garage door and paid the deposit and found out they closed shortly after - they must have known they were going to close long before they took my deposit - any decent person would have stopped taking deposits. I just hope Mr.Carson (the owner) suffers from guilt from the pain he has caused people and hope nobody ever helps him with any future business dealings.

Terrible, my mother ordered garage door weeks ago and still does not have it. She has called and recieved excuse after excuse, she had to put $700 upfront and now we think thats lost money. All you get now is an answer machine message which says they are off and returning August 20th, this is now August 28 and the same message still plays and nobody returns calls.Stay far away from this place would be my advice. Going to call BBB and see what if anything can be done.
