Chap who runs this kiosk knows what he's doing with watches & clocks. Less stock obvious other than watch straps & batteries than used to be seen, but I suppose so many people just use their mobile phones now.

Went today for a new watch battery and strap, served by Donna. She was so speedy in her work, she chatted to me for ages and she was really kind. Would definitely go back again!

Had a great experience in the shop! Got my Watch repaired as the battery had stopped working by the nice woman that works there. Great customer service and a quick return of my watch too, will definitely be back!

I went into in time in tesco inshes in Inverness.. i was served by a very lovely young lady called Donna ..she was very knowledgeable and told be a time to be back as i was getting new batteries in my watches and true to her word i came back within a min of her finishing ..i have a goid rapport with her as i have been to the shop a few times over the years for my clients with watches and clocks ..she is so friendly with the other outlets within tesco and the tesco staff themself too..i would highly recommend intime and donna in particular

Put my 30+ year old gold Avia cocktail watch in for clean & repair in Jan this year - cost £120. Worked for 10 ten days after collection. I was reluctant to take it back in case it became beyond all repair. . However, man at kiosk was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable but he didn't do the repair (more's the pity!) However - update - I have spoken to David who has reassured me that all will be corrected so yes, I would use this service again, as I am happy that this issue will be resolved
