I called the customer service to inquire about my package. The lady that picked up was rude. She asked me for the tracking number. I tell her give me one sec, she said why don’t you take all that information before calling me and hung up.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never been spoken to so condescendingly as I was spoken to at this Canada Post location. I will never come back. Completely unhelpful and a completely infuriating experience

Been going to this PO for over 8 years and have received prompt and courteous service. Most delays in line are caused by customers themselves who doesn’t know what they want and never seem to be prepared.

Like most franchisee run post offices, this is located in a Shoppers Drug Mart. The service is quick and friendly. Have all the standard supplies that most other post offices carry.
