Quite disappointed in this pharmacy. I booked a COVID and flu shot together on Clic Santé. It specifically asked me if I wanted both at the same time and I said yes. When I arrived at the location they blamed it on Clic Santé saying they could only give a COVID shot at that point as there's no record of a flu shot being booked in the system. When I checked with friends who had booked the same thing at other locations they had no problem finding it in the system, so it seems like it's a Pharmaprix specific error or an error for this location themselves.I had cancelled my flu shot at another location because I could have gotten both at once over here only to be told I now have to reschedule it because they could only give me the COVID vaccine.Needless to say I don't have enough confidence to use this pharmacy for anything medical related. As someone who is immunocompromised I'd rather a one stop approach" so I'm avoiding it next time I need to get a vaccine. I also got charged last year even though I was eligible for a free shot

I went to buy some aspirin they said no you can't use your points on that so I had to go home and suffer in pain cause a farmer pre won't accept their points to pay for my product or you can buy their other stuff there but they don't tell you about you can't buy your medicine there.

The pharmacy personnel made a mistake with my elderly father's prescription that cost him 12$ when it should have passed on his insurance. They refused to correct their mistake. A prescription error for an elderly retired man on pension should be illegal -especially during Covid. Multiple visits during Covid. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!

Deux poids deux measures ?Recently, at Pharmaprix I intended to fill my physician's prescription (for my daughter). Due to Covid the latter was in my Cellphone. Then, the puzzling incident:At the pharmacy a clerk asked in French how she could help me - to which question I answered (her) in English that I had a prescription to be filled .... in my phone. Her response then was that it would have to be printed - to which I replied whether the pharmacy had a printer on the premises, or whether there was one in the vicinity. Then only did the clerk insist that the physician had to send said prescription by Fax, directly to the pharmacy. The clerk insisted that this was demanded by (the) law.Puzzled, I decided to go to Uniprix instead, just a few blocks from Pharmaprix, submitting there the same request (i.e. to have my prescription filled, then still in my phone). There, the pharmacist spontaneously offered me their email address, asking me to forward to the pharmacy my prescription, hereby/ by the same token ascertaining that said prescription was genouinely originating with my physician.Upon me having it forwarded to the pharmacy he then printed it out and subsequently archived it.Only minutes later I left the pharmacy, prescription filled, wondering how the law could vary/change so quickly, at only a few meters ofdistance.
