I am somehow sure my comment would be deleted by Alireza's social media manage but I prefer to write my comment if even one person can read it and be aware of the reality. Alireza was my agent in 3 deals. I bought my office with him 6 months ago. We saw just one office with him at 4:30 pm, it was nice. Sent our offer before 6:00 pm and it was accepted before 7:30 pm. So, in just less than 3 hours everything was finished and he was super happy of dealing with such a nice couple without giving service months and months.3 months later, we decided to sell our home and buy a new house more than $3,000,000. We Alireza was our agent in both deals. Hopefully we closed all deals super easily without any problem. Although he was looking more like the other side's agent and didn't nothing for us!!Although I gave him business 3 times in less than 6 months but at the end he showed his real personality and didn't respect to his loyal customer. When he gets sure you are loyal to him, then he starts to show his real personality and could not control his greed. He also tried to even charge me even more than common rates!!! In addition, he also told us double rates for mortgage brokers services as well while the mortgage broker who was his friend was asking for half!!!So, based on my experience with Alireza on 3 noticeable deals, I found he is not a trustable agent and I will never recommend him to any one at all. He was not only our agent, he was our friend as well but he ruined everything by his endless greed.I recommend everyone to trust his/her mind and eyes more than his/her ears because your mind and eyes see the reality. Now I understood he has not been our friend at all from the first day. Don't be fooled by his deceptive words.
