What can we say about Canada's favorite coffee and donut place.Only the wait time can be an issue from too much volume or lack of staff.

Only drive thru available at this location. Server would only communicate in French w comprehension in English. Sad !Food was good, coffee was hot.This is the near opposite of the TM ( near Carrefour Laval) on the other side of the highway in food service delivery.Would not return however due to the lack of respect given for an Anglo customer..sorry.

After 10 min waiting for someone to take our order, no one showed up, we knocked the window horned and even a call to the store and no staff working. They're supposed to be open

Quick service.I’m american, so little hard to navigate but got me right.Sandwich was delightful. Never had egg and cheese with mayo but this was delicious.The donut holes were good as well.Overall very good customer service. Food was delicious.Highly recommended.

Not a great place to visit, especially when there are only 2 people there during a lunch rush!!!! Wow....Also , would be great if I only have to say my order once, not a few times.. you think they would get it right after a few times.. Wow again.There are others places that are friendlier and more competent that this timmies..Lost my business...

I ordered a small ice cap. Was given it half empty. I kindly asked for it to be filled to acceptable levels since I am accustomed to that at all other Tim Hortons locations. A male manager with long black hair interjected and informed me that as long as it is above the line" it is adequate and he refused my requests several time. He then came to the conclusion that since I already took the beverage out of the servers hand

I used to love this place when they still have the drive-thru. I went here for a couple of times; today is the worst. They always have 2 crew (only) whether it's peak time in the morning or not. The cashier (not so old lady) is overwhelmed with the orders, and there's a line of people waiting; she can't handle her stress and is just rude to me. I understand that sometimes people have bad days. But passing your negativity to others is not acceptable. You should have more crews to avoid this kind of situation. Also, if you don't speak French well, please don't go here. I would not recommend this place for anglophones.

Had a very limited selection of donuts. The maple glaze donut was not fresh. Cashier was not familiar with how their app coupons work.
