Rattle Run Golf Course

Rattle Run is one of the best courses around and has never disappointed. We always have a great time here and i appreciate the challenge this course offers. It is well maintained and the landscape is beautiful. I would golf here 5 days a week if I could.

What a cool course. I thought the tee boxes were in great shape and the overall condition of the course was great. The course layout is so cool, like an up north feel down here in S.E. Mich. I'll definitely be back.

Course is in phenomenal shape especially this early in the season. Fun layout, very quiet and peaceful. Fair price. Will definitely play again!

However, there are a few areas where the course could improve.One notable area that could use some attention is the maintenance of the bunkers. It appeared that they were not raked in the morning, which affected the playability for golfers. It would be great if the course management could ensure that the bunkers are properly maintained before each round to provide a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Additionally, there seemed to be inconsistencies with the availability of rakes in the bunkers. Some bunkers had multiple rakes, while others had none at all. It is essential to have rakes in all the bunkers to allow golfers to properly maintain them after playing a shot. Consistency in providing rakes will greatly contribute to the overall course quality.My biggest gripe during my visit was with the starter. It felt like the starter was following our group closely, which created a sense of being rushed. Golfers should be able to enjoy their round at their own pace without feeling pressured to speed up. It would be ideal for the starter to allow players some freedom and space, ensuring a more relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone.On a positive note, the club house at Rattle Run Golf Course is quite impressive. It offers a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. A particularly nice touch was the provision of coolers instead of bags filled with ice and beer. This small gesture added convenience and enhanced the overall golfing experience for our group.In conclusion, Rattle Run Golf Course provides a beautiful and well-maintained playing surface. While there are areas that could benefit from improvement, such as bunker maintenance and starter etiquette, the overall experience was enjoyable. The club house amenities and the thoughtful provision of coolers added a nice touch to the outing. Best course in the area in my opinion. Little out of the way but worth the drive. Course is in good condition and they always have a full bar with food and a cart girl open on the weekends when I go.

This is a beautiful course. I love this place. I think they should make a nice restaurant in the clubhouse. Not huge deal. Everything is groomed perfectly.

The staff was friendly and the food was very good. It a very well set up golf course. The greens were a little slow but the top dress was a contributing factor. Overall Rattle Run is a great value for the money.

Course is in good shape. 5 hour round is unacceptable. U had a ranger out there tell him to do his job. Group in front of us had three holes open all day
