Bulk Barn

Pretty normal bulk barn with the standard layout. Aisles were a bit messy when I was there, but I'll chalk that up to the time of year for now

Cleanest and best run Bulk Barn in Ottawa. I come here for spices very often because I like to keep them fresh. The manager always seems involved with everything in a good way. I believe his name is Andrew. He’s helped me out numerous times. Some of the day-to-day staff aren’t the friendliest but it doesn’t bother me. I see the good work they do which is why I hate this store so highly.

Happy to see they are open during the lockdown as an essential business. Thank you for all that you do!

Nice place to found a lot of things for doing baking.

Chocolate covered coffee beans, liquorice all sorts (sale today), in-shell peanuts for the squirrels and the list goes on.Great snacks in as little or as much as you want.They also sell; spices, different teasThese guys (1 gal) were very kind and helpful. Thank you Bulk Barn.

Good spot! Always clean and tidy! Staff are great! I was a little down I couldn’t get sour gummy worms. Oh well was lots of other treats to choose from!

Staffs are professional from the store to answer customer phone calls. Quickly help for everything and always smiling. My best store to come for every need.

Good location, pleasant staff, they clean and stock frequently and are quick to open a cash when a line forms. I find there prices are reasonable and often better than health food stores bulk sections. They have a good selection of products that vegans and vegetarians use all in one store like seeds, protein mixes, nuts, ground flax seed, and fortified nutritional yeast as well as standard bulk fare for baking, candy, snack food and dried goods. Excellent spice section, large selection of teas and coffees including fair-trade.

To be honest. I'm disappointed in this location. The lack of friendly and helpful service is sad especially in these times.The supervisor was really unwilling, flat out didn't want to help. When I asked for her name she said she can't give me that.. but she's a supervisor. I then asked to have the manager call me.so I could put in a order to be picked up.I promise you this. I will never go back to the location and who ever owns it should really think twice about the people the put in roles of supervisor. The aim to help people not make them feel like an inconvenience.The bulk barn in Barrhaven has never ever made me feel that way. I will continue to support that location. The managers name is Albert and he was never afraid to give me his name or a hand in ordering.Tues May 17 around 12pm. I put this here so you can figure out which of your supervisors needs better training.
