Literally never on time. I currently don’t have a car, but have to make it across town daily, so I’m stuck using the bus. I have to wait there for over 15 minutes a day even though I show up at the scheduled times. Never once within the 6 months I’ve been using the bus has it actually been on time. It’s always 10 minutes early or 10+ minutes late, making me miss the bus I need to be on time almost constantly.

Verry poor service today route 4 didn’t come as they said departed 4 minutes ago but the bus didn’t come and i was waiting from 14 minutes earlier on the stop i was going to college and missed the class

Four of us were horseback riding through North Buxton Saturday morning a few weeks ago. The RideCK bus passed us from behind at full speed barely pulling into the other lane. The driver was not late for anything; we came upon the bus parked running with no driver about 10 minutes later. There was a child and a senior riding that morning. The driver put all four of us in danger.

Not a reliable service at all. They are always late, they run so late they seem to be ahead. It looks like they leave the terminal 5 to 10 minutes early but in reality they are 20 to 25 minutes late. The drivers can't maintain the schd so re-evaluate the routes for a manageable solution, if I could give them no stars I would.
