Very unstable prices.Called in for a price on a starter and the guy said 190 .I get there to pick it up and the girl says The bill is at the cashier and it's 404 dollars"!Well I snap.I loose it.i grab a jack and jack her up and down for 4 minutes and finish her off with a glow plug in the face and said "This is what 404 dollars gets ya"Ever since I bin the Champ"

Had had some difficulties with getting the wrong parts ordered in a couple of time here. Then I started dealing with Rich who is an absolute beauty. No matter what part I need that I can’t find he digs somthing up that will work for me. Great employee great guy, saved my opinion on this location.

Always a different price everytime you go in without an account and prices are high. Alder Auto is far better.

They do not do returns on there own brand product without receipt. It's 2023 what store doesn't at least do in store credit. Terrible customer service.

This place is so very unprofessional. I went into lordco 3 weeks ago to order brake parts for my 2003 Ford. After waiting in line with only one employee helping customers I was told they'd need to order most of my parts and they would call me when they arrived. I waited the weekend, then another 4 days before calling. Calling lordco is pointless. The almost never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and never return. After 10 days of waiting for my parts I decided to return to lordco. After waiting in a ridiculously long line (Again) I was told they did not have an order for my brake parts. So, now at least 4 hours of my time gone and they never even MADE THE ORDER! What the heck was the employee typing on his computer for 10 minuted when I originally ordered my parts? Don't bother with these guys, go to Alder Auto or NAPA.

If I had a nickel every time I got through without being asked to be on hold for 20 minutes, I would have $0.00

I went into lordco to purchase a seat belt attachment.. Shannon helped me out and went beyond her Call of Duty. She helped me actually put it in my vehicle. I was totally impressed with the customer service I received. Thank you so much!

Rich is the most knowledgeable and helpful person, always gets me the parts I need with perfect fitment. He is my go to whenever I need parts and is awesome conversation and service while I pick them up.

I work for a company that has an account at Lordco 30% discount.I pay cash or debit, I do not charge the account. However this location seems to have a power of authority issue when using an account, South Surrey, Cloverdale and Langley location never had any problems. Also with 30% off some items using an account. Canadian tire sells it cheaper.

Worst parts store in lower mainland. Never fail to give you the wrong part and everything's insanely over priced. Do yourself a favor, go literally anywhere else or drive the extra 1km and go to alder auto
