I'm late on my review but a few years ago, I had hit a log with my sailboat and bent the rudder post. They quickly made an amazing creative fix that got me going in a very short order.

Ask for a tiny part to fabricated to connect a mobile scooter canopy in July, it's almost December now......I'll be going to collect my canopy and take my business elsewhere. I also called in September and was told the guy is on holidays, that's some holiday.

All I can say is WOW!!Amber the lady in the office was so friendly.I had a weld break on my Rotovac. I called up. She said come on down. The tech looked at it, said give me 5 min. He was less than 5 min and charged me $5.00 dollars.. ONLY $5 BUX.It really helped me as I had another job to do still..They have my business for life!Thank you so much. I forget the guys name but he was awesome..Just don't get that kinda service these days...Pleasantly surprised!Greg
