I love the location of this new apartment building. My suite is open concept, 2 bedroom 2 bath; reasonable cost, in suite laundry, view of the park from my balcony. I look forward to the social room re-opening soon. Friendly atmosphere.

Clean, very quiet building, convenient location, nice park across the street. Property management is reasonable and prompt to take care of any issues. Would recommend living here!

One little problem we find is the noise from apt above us walking pounding on floor. I guess something have to get used to love the place would like under ground parking but maybe someday

My family loves the location , it is in walking distant to most thing we do.it is a quite place. Once the c ovid 19 is over ,and we can get back to playing games again ,and Will be nice. ONCE a month we will have a diner, with the recycling money. Ds

Very nice building and I never want to move again due how nice the building is and how well it is maintained

Managment company has lost paperwork on more than one occasion and bothered us to go re sign what they lost. Have waited over 6 months for repairs on things caused by previous tenant. Our back yard was left as a mud pit when he left and never fixed, the plumbing backed up to the point we were standing in 6 inches of dirty water when showering and they refused to fix it making me pay hundreds out of my own pocket that they will never return. They are not working with renters during covid and even if they receive rent a day or 2 late because of covid they not only charge late fees but threaten to kick you out into the streets with no home to live in. I have bathtubs that have not been caulked properly and are not sealed causing mold issues that were ignored, torn up baseboards and gouges in floor, walls and cupboards that were never fixed before moving in. Ps, let me add in our town home is only 5 years old. And when we moved in no walkways were shoveled and we moved from Toronto after a long drive we arrived at 9 PM to a property manager that was so concerned about the hot date she had in her truck outside that she did no walk through and and said just sign I need to go. When trying to get a bed inside that night my wife and I slipped on the 4 inches of ice build up on the walkway and my shoulder was torn so now not only am I off work because the oil industry is down because of covid but because of their incompetence I can still hardly move my arm months later! I highly recommend never using this rental company!!!!
