This place used to be so good. Every time a visits it stemmed to consistently be getting worse and worse. I would hardly classify it as a Ramen place anymore. Very few ramen options left, and what options are available have about 1/3 the broth and filler that there used to be. I swear the chicken in the ramen that I ordered was straight from chicken chef. Greasy, soggy, tasted extremely old. Honestly, one of the worst ramen I ordered from a restaurant and overall just a pretty awful dining experience for $25+ meal. Wish it was how it used to be.

I ordered the Katsudon. The pork was very tasty and the portion of this dish was a good size for me, not too much nor too little. My one complaint is that the soup tasted and smelled weird to me so I didn’t drink it. It was also lukewarm. That being said, I would visit again and give it another shot.

I use to be a huge fan of this place. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated precipitously over the last few months. Cut the bok choy and egg in half, at least. Hot (as opposed to warm) broth would be nice, too. Here’s hoping for a come back.

Finished the chicken karaage Ramen before I thought about the pictures bit it was delicious. The chicken was well cooked and the broth was great. Had just enough spice to tell you its there but not over powering if you have a weakness to it like I do lol. The pork katsudon was making as well though I filled up more on the Ramen so didn't quite finish all of it. The soup and pork were delicious once again. Prices were reasonable and portion sizes were good. Will be recommending this place to friends.

Service here was good, staff were polite and food was served around 15 mins after I placed the order so reasonably fast. My wife and I both love the Hakata Ramen, broth was rich and creamy, noodles were good but the charsiu was ok but not great. The Tsurai ramen was a bit confusing for me, it was very spicy and the beef was not to my liking and the peppercorn numbing aftertaste was kinda weird. Probably need to try it again but it was really spicy! The Gyoza and Takoyaki were ok for the price. My gold standard for ramen in Winnipeg is Ramen Takeuma and unfortunately based off the two ramens I tried at Saburo Kitchen I wont hesitate to choose the latter.

The food looks good in pictures but really terrible: to attain the umami flavor - it seems like they just pounded a whole sack of salt on the ramen broth. The fried chicken was all bread and crunch. The beef spring rolls were also Uber salty and the addition of humus was a really bad idea. Avoid at all costs if you are a real foodie. To top it all, it wasn’t cheap. I don’t mind paying good money but not for badly executed food concepts. What a waste.

Love the chicken karaage don! The ramen was a little bit too rich and salty but still good nonetheless.

Why my egg not cut in half? Why my chicken Karaage is less portion than the posted reviews here? Anyway food alright. Not the best chicken karaage or inasal. Both foods are roller coaster of fragrant and aromatic spices to my taste buds. It's unique fusion of flavours that I cannot explain that makes it different from traditional chicken Karaage...

I ordered the kaarage ramen. It is very spicy...the menu just says miso broth and doesn't warn you. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went. Sigh. Way too spicy for me to eat or enjoy; instant heartburn and indigestion. I'm sure people who like that kind of thing would enjoy it but I am annoyed the posted menu is not clearer. 40$ wasted and my mouth is still burning. I am sure someone will comment that it's not that spicy" but for someone who avoids spicy foods like a plague this was unfortunate. I tried to eat it
