My 15lb chihuahua X went for a nail trim. The ladies were quick ! And the price was average. Definitely will be back.

This is the best place to go for your pet ! The ladies here are very dedicated and professional in their work and always do their best for your pet. Our dog is very big and does not allow me to clip his claws yet these magical ladies can get them done seamlessly! They work together as a team to both hold him and clip the claws quickly and safely. This place is also super affordable with extremely reasonable prices. They deserve a raise for sure !

Took my dog for a quick nail cut at this location and once inside I meet this blond lady seems like the owner. She asked what I was there for with a miserable and negative voice. So don't expect a nice welcome from her. So as I try to explain she roll her eyes and with a sarcastic face because I didn't answer right away.She proceeded to take my dog for a quick 5 minute nail cut. Once ready my dog put her legs on a knee high door that swings. She got very angry and push her to the side using knee force on my dog left side ribs.So because of this terrible attitude and treatment I won't take or recommend anyone to go there. She needs to change her attitude and animal treatments.

I foster dogs and since this place is only 2min away from me I’ve come many times with many different types of dogs over the past 3 years. The receptionist/manager is pretty rude almost every time I call or come in and just judging on how she acts it doesn’t seem that she likes dogs that much.But I have met a few of the groomers before and they have been sweet. And once they gave me a discount for one of my foster dogs 2 years ago but haven’t done it since then. I’m not sure if it was a change in policy or maybe something they do occasionally.I would say this is still an okay place to go to if you don’t care much about customer service, their prices aren’t bad and they do pretty good jobs!I’ll probably still pass by for occasional nail trims but that’s it.

I am new to Silver Springs and needed to get my dog’s nails trimmed. I decided to try 4 Paws Grooming since they offer walk-in nail trims. I called first to be sure they had time and the friendly young woman who answered the phone told me “Sure no problem.” My dog is an elderly 40lb tri-pawed Bull Terrier. (She had her right hind leg amputated a few years ago due to cancer.) She is incredibly sweet and has never even growled at a person her entire life. When I arrived, there was an older woman at reception. I explained that my dog was nervous at the groomers and might refuse to go to the back room with her. Sure enough, as soon as the woman took the leash, my dog laid down on her side, refusing to move. I explained to her that the previous groomers usually pick her up and carry her to the back room. She looked at me and rudely said “I am not going to pick up your dog” and proceeded to start dragging my dog across the floor by her collar. My poor old three legged dog, laying on her side, being dragged by her neck across the floor. I said ‘This is not going to happen” and took the leash away and walked out with my dog. I was shaken! About 10 minutes later, I went back to speak to the Manager to let her know what happened. I was shocked to find out that the woman I had encountered was actually the owner of the business. I saw her watching on from the back room, leaving the young woman at reception to apologize for her actions. It’s terrifying to think that if she was willing to treat my dog like that right in front of me, just how she might treat all of the vulnerable dogs in her care when no one is watching.

The grooming is incredible but the receptionist is so awful, for that reason alone I will not be returning. Fine someone who isnt passive aggressive on the phone and in person and this place would be perfect.

We have been bringing our Great Pyrenees to 4 Paws Grooming for many years now and they always take such good care of him. He is a tough customer with so much fur and often matted hair since we usually only professionally groom him once a year so I know its not an easy job but he always comes out looking amazing! He is now almost 11 and he is a naturally skiddish dog but never has any issues going there and always comes out happy. They also are very knowledgeable and have always had a our dogs best interest in mind acknowledging his age and adjusting grooming as needed. Thanks for taking good care of my old guy!We don't know what we would do without you 4 paws!

Brought Ollie in (10wks and my first puppy) for nail trimming, they knew exactly what to do. So grateful to have such people in the business.

I recently moved from Ontario to Calagry and after doing loads of research I came across 4 Paws Grooming. Of course being a crazy dog mom I was nervous to bring my pup to any groomer but 4 Paws treated me and my pup with such respect. This place, hands down, has been the best experience I have had with any grooming company ( and there has been quite a lot). Even though there was a line up outside waiting to drop their dogs off, they made the time to talk to me, ask what I wanted with my pup and what they could offer. After a great conversation and the fact that Ontario has been shut down for some time now, my poor pup was in desperate need of a cut and not only were they totally understating of what I wanted for her cut, they were completely honest about what they were physically able to do as she had some crazy matts on her and as most people should know there’s only SO much a groomer can do!. When I picked up my pup, they made a POINT to set me aside and talk about some things they found as they were trimming her. Low and behold, a part of her ear had be cut off due to poor grooming in ONTARIO and they took photos of the spot as they were grooming and made a point to talk to me about it as they sincerely cared for my dog and her experiences with groomers in the past. Not only that, they also TEXTED me these photos and I am now in the process of figurine out who had done this back in ONTARIO. Long story short, it is so refreshing to finally find groomers who actually CARE about my pup... As dog owners we put a lot of trust into groomers and I will continue to see 4 Paws as my GO TO place for grooming. I will always, and continue to recommend this location. Thank you so much 4 Paws!
