A Taste of Britain
The best British shop in London, Ontario. I go to their north location. I get their 6 or 12 packs of Walker’s crisps. I buy their t-shirts, biscuits, cheese, import British chocolates, tea and the list goes on. The price of their Galaxy chocolates is good pricing. The British tea are good. I like everything from A Taste of Britain. I have gone here many times once in a while. I will visit again.

Good selection of British foods, smaller selection of Irish foods. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Taste, smells, looks and feels like Britain accompanied by Irish, Scottish and Welsh naggins of all sorts! Employees are always welcoming and happy to share stories and memories along with their extensive knowledge on all the beautiful, rare products you're certain to ask about! For fresh, handmade foods, take some extra time to browse through the fridges and freezers in the back! Not interested in knosh? How about bits and bobbins? From clothes, hats and handbags, to puzzles, kitchenware and more! There's something for everyone!

I've shopped here before because it's one of the few places in the area that sells food from back home. Prices are ridiculously high, and selection has gone downhill since last time I was there. Confusing process for paying for purchases - drop purchases at one end of a long counter and pay at the far end. Cashier was snippy and a little rude. No plans to shop here again. Will make the trip to Shakespeare for comparable products with better prices and MUCH better service.

Very cool, first time visiting, bought Cornish pasties, steak and onion pies, and some pork sausage rolls. This store also has a good variety of goods for sale, picked up a Guiness coffee mug! Great first experience, looking forward to returning on a regular basis!

I have loved British culture since I was very young and this place just fills my need for great British things. They have A LOT of candy and food. Yes, it’s pricey but this stuff is not cheap to get into Canada so I do not mind paying! The staff are always kind and helpful as well. I love the chocolate bars and Monster Munch most of all, thats my recommendation!

I have a Crunchie bar addiction plain and simple. In my opinion British Crunchie bars have a different taste then the ones we get here. Don't get me wrong the Canadian made bars are really good. The UK ones are better.. They also carry other treats I love like Walkers toffee ( Liquorice) my favorite plus so many other things. Give them a visit even if you don't have a sweet tooth.

Great selection, lovely staff! This year I was supposed to travel to Scotland with my Dad but, because of the pandemic, our trip was cancelled. This weekend I decided to bring Scotland to him by doing an at-home whiskey trail with a variety of Scottish snacks. I came to A Taste of Britain and was blown away by the selection of food, drink, and (most importantly), HAGGIS! I’m pretty sure I bought up the whole store and I had a lovely chat with the shopkeeper as she rang through my purchases. If you’re looking for some a British experience in London, ON, definitely visit here!
