My son and myself have gone here a few times now and Kent always does a great job on my hair and beard. He is also good with my son when he does his cut

Went in as a walk-in from out of town this morning and luckily Tan was available. Great haircut with care and precision to detail. Pretty sure it is going to grow out nice too. Nice atmosphere modern, clean and friendly. Now will have to come back to Ottawa from afar.

Best spot to get a haircut in Ottawa. The guys are all super friendly and very professional/skilled. Great atmosphere as well, started bringing my 2 year old boy here and he is always excited when I tell him that we are going back.

I've been here a few times and have always gotten a good haircut but this time I hadn't gone for a cut in a while and was growing my hair out. I told the hair dresser I liked my hair long and just wanted it cleaned up. I told him I wanted a little bit off the front and sides. He asked me if I wanted it shorter and I told him a little bit. It felt like the guy wasn't really listening to me, or didn't understand. He proceeded to cut off more than half my hair. He cut it short but left the front long. I thought it was ok at first, but the more I look at it the more I hate it. It's not what I asked for at all. I don't know why this barber was so intent on cutting my hair short when I told him I wanted it long. It's going to take months for me to grow my hair out again to the length it was.

I’ve never found a barbershop as amazing as Upperkuts. Everything is immaculate. Very clean and the decor is beautiful. The barbers are extremely skilled and professional, but also personable and friendly. Very comfortable experience. Top of the line equipment as well. I can’t recommend anywhere else.

My son who is almost 2 just has hit hair cut here this morning by Alex. It was his first haircut and I didn’t know what to expect, but Alex made it so easy! First of all, his hair looks amazing!!! With different things to keep my son attentive along with the care and patience Alex had, the process was very easy! Will be taking my son back here for every cut! Highly highly recommend this place!!

Long overdue review for this place. Alex is my barber for a long time, working from different places. That should speak volume from me and his other loyal followers.

This was my 4th haircut there, I've had 3 different barbers, all have done a great job. I highly recommend it. Make sure to book an appointment on the website! It's hit or miss for walk in service.

I reached out to the shop for a walk-in in a short window for my little one. Alex was very nice, courteous and did a nice job. Definitely recommend this shop for kids and adults.
