Nice light festival. My wife and I visited, however I wish there were more lights to see.

Toronto Light Festival
Pretty lackluster for a major city.Despite it's name the whole thing was quite dark and the art installations were few and far between.

Toronto Light Festival
Beautiful stunning lights. Great place to chill and take pictures. The place was seriously empty, 90% of shops were closed due to lockdown. Thanks Doug Ford

Toronto Light Festival
I went on a day that was far too cold but at least the crowds were thin. Overall I enjoyed walking around and looking at the different exhibits! Each had their own charm. My friends found previous years to have better installations, but there were some nice exhibits to check out this year too (like the dancing fairy lights, 'box' of hanging lights that you can walk into, various neon signs, and a spinning display that looks like a lotus flower opening and closing). Unfortunately some exhibits weren't lit (including the colourful sunflower), so I didn't get the full experience, but that's ok.

Toronto Light Festival
I’ve visited here for three consecutive years now and will continue to do so next year, the whole thing’s free and offers various exhibits—some are interactive which I’ve always found interesting, the only downside I’d say would be the crowd, like it gets really really crowded some nights

Made the bad decision of checking TO lights festival out this year on the coldest day ever! Some of the installations such as the fireflies and cloud swings were very fun. Previous years were definitely better than this year and some of the installations weren’t even working, so was disappointed.

Very disappointed, the website says it’s open, but actually it’s not. There is no light and almost all the store’s are close at 8 on a FRIDAY!! Like I can understand wanting to close early but it’s Friday? So don’t waste your time if you want to go there is no light

Toronto Light Festival
In the distillery district, enjoyed the walk on a cold winter night with window shopping and some hot cocoa. There were some stunning exhibits, lights and music.
