I have been very happy in my working relationship with Benjamin and Riley at Charcoal Marketing thus far. They have been solutions-focused, responsive, and flexible in scoping potential projects, and I look forward to working with them, in my capacity as Communications Coordinator for the six NCCs for Public Health, as we continue to improve our collective website (nccph.ca) and SEO strategy.

Worst project management I have ever experienced which led to constant missed deadlines and incredibly poor communication.

We use Charcoal Marketing as webmasters for our organization's website. They have been responsive to our needs and have helped us to creatively problem solve on a regular basis. If there are bugs on the site, they are quick to remedy these. We also receive regular and timeline web analytics reports from them. We are happy with our positive and longstanding relationship with Ben and his Charcoal team members.
