why would i call to discuss this further, my repeated calls went nowhere other than to the person who clearly doesnt know your programs and could not explain them all she could say was that is how the system does it....., perhaps you should invest in training your employees so to not incur further outraged clients when she doesnt explain it properly and then cant.....further to that the numerous times i asked for the manager to call me and was told repeatedly that they were unavailable! how is that even possible to have a manager running your establishment who cant return a simple phone call and cant or wont rectify conflict. i hope people continue to read my reviews, i will be sure to keep updating them since nobody made any effort to fix this. you cant just ignore away a problem you created by doing bad business. again, HORRID experience!!
