Came to pay a fine. Waited 1.5h on a Wednesday at 9 am. Was second in line, but there was only one person working.This is unacceptable, can’t believe we pay so much taxes and get such a poor service…

Use the Pierrefonds borough hall frequently needing their services from Permits to borough information. There employees are very knowledgeable and professional every time I have some kind of issue. Keep up your great work and keep smiling cause customer service is not as easy as people think!! P.S Your renovated Pfds Borough hall and New Pfds Library look fantastic and state of the art.

I had to pay for a permit and the lady at the reception gave me a wrong section number(Num instead of cons). I waited more than an hour for something that should take less than ten minutes and went to ask her what's going on and she simply gave me a number with(Num). She blamed it on me saying that I didn't go when called when it was her mistake to give a number with cons instead of num. Didn't even apologize for her mistake. Very rude.

Efficient and safe entrance. Someone was there to greet me, find out what I wanted, give me the appropriate form to complete, and guide me to the wicket. At the wicket was just five minutes and then I was happily done.

In good location. Bus car wheels chairs assess big bonus.Clean staff is very helpful.There had lots of flyers to show all events. Machine is very detail to to a number to see the right worker for assistance.

We pay of bunch of taxes and return we get nothing. We got greedy and self title people working at the City hall.

Ridiculous service. They put different rules on different people. Poor explanation. They dont have city map to explain zonage . I would give them -10
