If you've moved away and need to cancel your license, they ask you to write a letter and/or send cancellation by fax machine. Who still uses fax machines? I can't just scan it over? I've only had to send 2 faxes in the last 10+ years... both to MPI

I went to MPI at Cityplace to fix a mistake they made on my license. Get there at around 2 pm. Reception told me there are already 20-ish people in the queue in front of me. I said I'm fine with the waiting as I can have a quick, late lunch nearby. The lady at the reception questioned me three more times, stating that we will be close by 4

Worst of all. I’m sitting here for long time but I’m not complaining about this. The problem is they have 4 people for services but only 1 person is working with full dedication and honestly using her time and others are taking , laughing in between looks like they are doing party here. Like seriously man. That’s how it works ??? Completely wrong representation of Canadian standard and these people actually are taking down the constitution of Canada .Not expected.

There’s a lady in reception 5 good times I came there she wasn’t nice, she treated me so bad all because I was black ??? All the Canadians I came with was nice to them why was she treating me like a bad person, her behavior was rude to me, her communication and attention was poor, I can spot clearly she’s golden long hair with a touch of black, like 5’8” ft I guessed married slightly rounded face. Newcomers, avoid this MPI, they are not going to help you, they are rude very frustrated people that is not able to handling a lot of customer at the time but they are easily distracted or just they like to waste time. I do not know if the rules are not clear, they are lack of training or simply they do not have a good customer service, but if you go to this place, is most likely you will have to do the same diligence in other place. Do not lose your time there no help at all

MPI at City place is all about handing out the list of Autopac agents or asking people to come back another day.Pregnant woman, have a toddler at home, doesnt matter; they will still ask you to comeback another time to book a knowledge test despite carrying all necesary documents.Why dont you limit the list of services you offer and dsiplay it in notice borad when you are short staffed?

Terrible. You pay high rates and got nothing on motorhome when it was determined water damage even though absolutely no water leak in unit. Would give 0 star if it was available!

What a joke this place is. First off the lady didn't even want to help me as it was 4:20 and she said they're closed. Business hours say they close at 4:30pm. So with a snarky attitude she proceeds to ask me what I want. Shorten the story I was given direction to call another place...and WAS GIVEN THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER. The customer service at this location is very poor and should have an reevaluation of it's employees and their attitudes.
