I paid for service and they have never showed up If their phone has been busy for 6 consecutive days no message to be left no way to contact them

Would be nice if you guys accepted payments like a normal company. Would be nice if you ever answered your phone. Also would be nice if you even had your prices listed or available ANYWHERE. No website, no working phone number, no way to accept payments other than cash. Would be nice if you guys operated like a real business, you sure have no problem charging people for services. It's a bummer that you have a monopoly on the trash pick up in the area because you're not acting like an ethical or responsible company.

I use the transfer station all the time. The woman taking payments is super nice and friendly.
