The store is clean and well laid out. The staff is very friendly and helpful we enjoy shopping there

Have shopped her for many years. Living 45 minutes out of the city, our shopping days are limited. Every Sunday evening, after kids' lessons, we race over to grab supplies for the week, including deli meat for kids' lunches. Very disappointed to be told at 8:35pm that the deli is closed and will no longer provide me with the lunch meat that we have purchased every Sunday, at this time, by this same person, for months.

It's my neighborhood store and I go there almost every day so I always get fresh items. There seems to be lots of help available but I've memorized the store so I'm usually okay.

Friendly staff. Decent amount of stock. Only not giving 5 because the produce can be a little dodgy in terms of what's available.

This has been a great addition to the neighbourhood. And we live the discounted food. Helps with the budget. The store does a great job keeping up with expiry dates and restocking.

VERY RUDE MANAGER!Today my wife picked up a heat and serve Chicken Alfredo. We brought it home and heated it up. My daughter took a bite and spat it out. The chicken was VERY Bright pink. I asked to speak to the manager calmly... she sighed and said I'm the manager what do you want. I explain the story and she doesn't provide any type of resolution. Completed the refund and acted like that was that! How are you as a business going to not take ANY responsibility for potential Salmonella. Nothing... just too bad... plus I should mention, she was acting at first like the pink chicken may have been something added to the meal. A chicken Alfredo??? She was rude and dismissive like I was the problem. We spend over $1000 a month here... NEVER AGAiN.Things happen... but you need to be empathetic to people. Dinner had to be delayed, had to grab take out (more $) and I had to drive back.... just a little but of kindness goes a long way. I will not accept terrible customer service and I will take my business elsewhere. WISH I COULD POST A PICTURE. This wasn't a pink hue... it was bright pink. Gross...

Not disabled friendly.Needed a motorized cart to get my shopping done because of a painful back injury. The cart didn’t work. When I mentioned it to a staff member they ignored me. Didn’t say anything at all. Just watched me struggle in pain. Had a CUSTOMER walk to customer service to ask for me. They said it was broken. I ended up leaving without any purchases and will not be back.

Good option for fresh produce. Friendly staff and variety of options available. Slightly on higher price but great quality.

Store is clean, staff are friendly, but apparently no stock of the feature meat buy from the flyer, despite several days left. Made a special trip there for it, so was disappointed.

The produce section is often empty or the product is less than satisfactory. The selection in the grocery aisles are also scarce and limited.
