Voyageur Golf Course

It was a beautiful autumn day...23C. Early October. My wife and I roll up. Go into the clubhouse to pay (Very pleasant lady). A little sprinkling of rain had us second guessing but (we later tagged him the Creeper) owner/groundskeeper met us stating the rain would end and I needed to move my car. There were a total of 4 in the parking lot and I was not in handicap. I was a little close to the trail but nothing a golf cart couldn't handle. I moved the car and we saw the 'Creeper' looking at us for at least 5 out of 9 holes. Every time I turned around, he was there....very distracting, And that's the times we noticed him... The course: Not a bad course, the rough...was really rough but late in the season. You had to stay on the fairway and even then, I lost a ball because it plugged. Tee boxes were not where they should have been (once again very late in season). And even though The Nice Lady refunded me because she charged me a weekend rate during a week day, they should adjust their rates for end of season play.

For a small town golf course it is okay. Fairways and greens were very hard but playable. Clubhouse is nice and provides excellent service.

this course is tied with silver sticks as being the worst course in the area. carts barely work no grass on the tee boxes so i hope you like dirt. this entire course NEEDS to be redone to even be playable.

This is a sweet little niner!...no comparison to silver sticks Mr. G.P. the vittles are delish and the owners are awesome!

Great 9 hole course. The new owners are very kind and hardworking people. We always play here when we are up at the cottage for a weekend. They let my 3 year old ride with us in the cart which he loved. For the price of 9 & a cart no complaints at all!

Course is in rough shape..the fairways are so physically hard, burnt and not irrigated to the point that balls are more likely to bounce off into oblivion. Greens are like concrete and almost unplayable. Tee boxes have no actual grass to speak of and while most of their carts work alright for gas carts, some just dont work period. Was there to play for a tournament and the owner was permitting outside players to just randomly jump in to play in the middle of the tournament play which made an already over crowded course even worse.This course needs some serious tlc and updating. Debit isnt even available so cash is a must.

Great variety 9 hole course. Friendly staff and owners.

The course has had many improvements which made for a much better game. New owners are doing a fabulous job.

Nice greens long fairways and ladyvst club dedk very nice. Would tecommend this course to play
