K9 to 5 Doggie Daycare, Nightcare Grooming & Training

My l8-month-old Toy Poodle was badly abused at this Groomers. Although sedated by Vet-subscribed Trazadone, 50 mg., Dhalia came back to me with haunted eyes and her tail down between her legs. She refused to eat, and then needed to be hand-fed for months. Pee-pad trained, she began defacating on the carpet. She must have been beaten, because she became very self-protective!These symptoms were reported to the Owner, who supported her staff and refused to believe me.Our darling pets need love and protection, not such horrific mistreatment!

Very friendly staff. My puppy loves it there and is fast asleep when I bring him home. They send report cards and took Halloween pics for me. I wish I could take him everyday. Thank you from Prince

My dog Scootie is new and enjoyed her first day so much. She is a high energy and very friendly dog and needs a ton of exercise. I’ve never seen her so exhausted as she did last night coming home from K9to5. She was so happy and sleepy and clearly had a fun day of playing with friends. We can’t wait to bring her back to play with more friends.

Very cute that they take a bathtub picture on the first visit. Normally grooming for my small dog takes roughly 3 hours. However last time my dog was there for 6 hours (not ideal as he has anxiety, but great if you are working and need the daycare option). He also contracted kennel cough on his last visit (he recovered quickly). Can be a little pricey but the blueberry facial was a great service for my dog.

We sent our puppy here for a while and one day I picked him up and when he got in the car he was bleeding everywhere. I called and said what happened they told me “oh another dog bit him out of excitement”. It wouldn’t stop bleeding so brought him to the vet he needed antibiotics. Still a month later there has been no healing since it is the tip of his tail. When I called about some compensation like a few free daycare sessions the owner Vanessa was disgustingly rude. She said they did nothing wrong but they never told me what happened. She kept repeating there was nothing to tell. Honestly I’ve never been so disgusted by someone in my life. No care. No sympathy. No APOLOGY! Please tell me that my walls being constantly covered in blood because his wound keeps opening is NOTHING

I called on Friday to enquire about the price of a groom for my mini golden doodle. They asked how much he weighed and how old. They told me it would be around $90. Today I went for the appt and the bill was $180. I reminded themAbout the phone call we had. They said sorry the phone call was just an estimate. Just repeating the facts. Personally, I won’t be returning and will find somebody else.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough!! We have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years. Each one is so excited to arrive and can’t wait to get in to play. The cage free environment is the only way we would leave our dogs. They separate the big and small dogs..overnight care is always supervised and the staff are amazing- from grooming to day care or overnight long stays you and your fur baby will not be disappointed.. highly, highly recommend!! 5 star doggy service.

I have a Shipoo went there for grooming 2 days ago . I told them last time i don't want short hair . They cut all his hair in this weather and I don’t know what they did to him that he is not eating and shaking all the time and he is not playing at all.

We love K9 to 5! Very pleasant staff & owners who obviously love dogs. Our 16 year old dog had passed away about a year ago & we found ourselves dogless for the first time in 35 years. We lasted a few months & decided to bring a puppy into our family. Having a puppy was quite the challenge since the last time we experienced puppyhood had been 16 years ago! Taking our pup into K9 to 5 has been a wonderful support for us. Going to play twice a week has been beneficial for our dog & has certainly helped with socializing her as well as giving us a break. Our dog is very comfortable here & if we need to go somewhere & we're going to be more than 3 or 4 hours we always have the option to drop her off. She plays & comes home exhausted & we can pick her up & go home & enjoy a relaxing evening.We've had our girl bathed & groomed here several times & we've always been very pleased. Josie does an excellent job!
