Wont release a parcel I mailed to my work becouse the address doesn't match my I.D.Apparently the parcel must match the address on I.D. of the person who signs for it.. Making it impossible for me to get the parcel I sent To my work address.Poor customer service considering little effort was made to help me resolve this issue

Amazon delivery stuck here as they made no attempt to deliver the package. No my elderly father has to pick up a small item as they won’t do the job they were paid to do.

DOES NOT DELIVER, OR FOLLOW GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES.This location has stopped delivering packages to the general public, requiring everything to be picked up, only deliveries with an incentive get delivered properly.·MAJOR ISSUES·- Overwhelmingly wasteful location specific policies (resources, energy, time, ETC...).- Utilization of bureaucratic nonsense to avoid negative impacts related to their incompetence,- Complete lack of empathy, logical thinking, and rule consistent behaviour.- Minimum level of service greatly reduced, only made available to those able to incentivize staff members.
