Super Towing

I called to get a boost on my dead car battery in an empty parking lot. They said they would be there in 25-30 minutes. 1.5 hours later I get a call back, but luckily I found somebody to help me by that time, and I cancelled the service.Their call centre and trucks clearly have a communication problem. Don't call these guys in an emergency!!

Locked myself out of my car. He arrived fast, was very careful. And got my door unlocked with no damage whatsoever. Would recommend.

Well they were quick and did a good job once they showed up....Website promises a 30 minute guarantee anywhere in Ottawa but it took me 3 phone calls of saying hey where is your guy to finally get him to call and arrive.Also said they were charge me if I cancelled but that hardly seems fair past the 30 minute guarantee.

Great service and really easy going. Great communication from start to finish. I didn’t feel like I was waiting to long. I am a satisfied customer.

Bad service. Had to call 2-3 times to ask for the ETA. Since the driver didn't show up way after 30 minutes, I asked them to cancel the service request and they still charged me for it.The driver wasn't even on his way when I cancelled, because they had told me that I will get a call from the driver as soon as he is on route, and I never got the call. What a waste of money, I do not recommend. Also, the charges are a bit high for such bad service - $69 just for the service call(non-refundable) and $35 for boosting the car.

Really disappointed with the lack of communication. Needed a boost. Called 3 times looking for the tow truck guy who originally told me he would be there at 10:30 am. Every time I called, dispatch contacted the tow truck guy with new estimates of 45 minutes to an hour. Was told twice that the guy would call me which he didn't. They have a $49 cancellation fee. 4 pm came along and I told them to cancel my workorder and not charge me the cancellation fee.

I just used Super Towing to unlock my car today because I locked my keys inside while it was running. The depot quoted me max forty minutes".... Well

Phoned this company to enquire about fixing my flat tire. They confirmed they could, quoted me an upfront cost of 59$ to get a tow truck there, 10.95 for change to spare or anywhere 35 and 50 to get repaired. I had the man repeat the costs, more slowly. I also asked twice that they would repair the tire on the spot. Yes he said. I also had him on speaker phone so others heard the same costs. The tow truck arrived 40 minutes later than they had promised and charged me 50$ to change to the spare! Not 10.95. He ended up towing my car to a garage for the 50$. So a total of 109$. I was mislead by this company and once they had my credit card number I was stuck dealing with them no matter what my decision . So I had no choice to deal with them or lose my 50$. At the end of the day, this cost me double what another company would have charged me. Wish I had taped their conversation. Cou,d have brought them before the BBB as they provided wrong information. I am appalled

He drives around cutting people off on the road acting like a gangster if you confront him he wanrs to send people after you they shoold take his towing rights away and the law shoold keep good eye on him
