on the ALLO website it say they are distributor for Canada. Shipping doesn't meetup to what was promised on the website - says free same day delivery for orders over 30 dollars in the GTA - i live in Oakville i order 100 dollars worth of product on Sunday - now i have to wait till Wednesday for the arrival. Wasn't even shipped till Tuesday.

As I live in a rural area, the majority of my purchases are online and delivered.The first order through flavour beast went missing, and was reported by email to the company immediately. Despite repeated emails, I did not receive a response. Finally gave up and had the credit card company reverse the charges.The stated delivery time, refund and warranty policies on their website are not accurate. Which is too bad because I really like the product. It’s unfortunate about the poor customer service.

i absolutely love Pacific smoke and my rep NADIA. She is MINT! I wished I could order ALL my supplies from here - the service is impeccable and they're lightning fast compared to everywhere else , from sending invoices and receiving payments and getting the order shipped out.my only rant would be they dont have enough inventory LOLPlease get more vape brands!! LOL so I dont have to shop anywhere else.

Don't get the ALLO, it is junk and they will ignore you if you need to return Allo's disposable. I never was a fan and now I have a lot's of hate for them. I'll give my money to the other great Canadian distro that are doing a good job. #allosuck #allosinksuckevenmore
