Been here twice, and been a great experience both times. Getting an appointment was really quick and easy, which I appreciated being new to the area. During my second visit, there was an emergency in the patient before me, so I was brought in a bit late after its resolution, which was comforting, because I can trust that if I'm in that situation, I won't be pushed away and asked to come back later or make a separate appointment. Both the dentist and hygienist were incredibly gentle both vocally and in procedure (as you'd hope from someone working so close to the nervous system) and super attentive making sure I was set before leaving and next steps. The speed without quality compromise was also really impressive. The receptionists were super sweet and great at gassing up your self-esteem, which was a nice surprise and change from typical surly receptionists I end up finding at most medical receptions.I loved how the team as a whole is super wholesome and welcoming despite the busy and intense nature of their work and patient load, so I'll gladly add to it by recommending them.

As I was no longer satisfied with my current dentist I decided to check out Polar Dental. From initial patient set up to overall service I was completely amazed. Josie is simply the best. Friendly, accommodating and always helpful. Sharon has been my main hygienist and she’s beyond incredible: Detailed without pain; Provides helpful advice; My teeth feel so awesome after leaving there. It’s not easy finding a dentist you can feel comfortable and trust from end to end but Polar Dental made it super easy.

My family and I have been coming to Polar Dental for the past 6 years. The Polar Dental Family is AMAZING!!! They are extremely accommodating with our schedule and they do their best to make our appointments fit our crazy busy lives. My 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son, do not feel nervous at all when visiting the dentist. They have learned so much in regard to oral care.The kids really listen to what they need to do differently and continue the routine of brushing twice a day and flossing.I enjoyed, Vicky’s company when waiting around for the kid’s appointment to be done!!! ; )

I can’t recommend this dental practice enough.I called because of horrific tooth pain. I’m new to Canada so I had never gone to the dentist here before and found this place through their incredible google reviews. They saw me that same day, and prescribed me medication and booked me in for a root canal the following week.That night, unfortunately the pain got so much worse that I had to go to the ER at 4am and left with a morphine prescription. My husband called Polar Dental as soon as they opened at 9am and they fitted me in for a very last minute root canal appointment that same day.Both dentists, Dr Alex and Dr Chang were amazing. Aswell as the two ladies at reception. The service is friendly and attentive.To top it all off, they called me today (the day after the procedure) just to check on how I was doing and to make sure I’m at home relaxing!I will honestly never use another dental practice again. Thank you Polar Dental! My teeth are in safe hands!

EXCELLENT HEART WARMING SERVICES. FROM JOISIE initially picking up the call and thoroughly helping my brother out with his inquiry. Being patient and explaining everything and availability was very helpful.Dr. Alex was beyond Helpful and very Professional and honest.All staff were friendly and kind. Highly recommend this place. Prices are fare and honest.Clean and well maintained.

Love this dentist! They accommodated me on the same day I called them and made me a patient. They have great pricing and lovely staff. Everyone is kind, dentist is clean. Definitely recommend!

My experience at Polar Dental was amazing. The staff was extremely welcoming and comforting. The hygienist to do my cleaning was very gentle and did an amazing job. Not to mention the receptionist was extremely hospitable and a great conversationalist. 10/10 dental practice, would recommend them to everyone.

I always enjoy visiting Polar Dental, they make me feel so welcome. The front staff Josie and Vickie always greet me with a smile and a great attitude. The whole dental staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make me comfortable. They are also very professional and do a really good job. My teeth always feel so clean and like new after a visit. After coming to Polar Dental for my check ups a few times now, I feel like I've finally found my dental clinic.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now for dental hygienist Sharon helping me with cleanings. Everyone is very nice and Sharon cleans my teeth very well. I will 100 recommend going here.
