Got my order wrong in so many ways. Didn't even give us a donut that we ordered. Wrong type of cream cheese. Terrible drive thru.

I wish I had something nice to say!!They don't understand English or French they always screw up my order but the coffee is good if they get it right . Save you self some stress go to the one up the road on Connell street.

They always get my order wrong; I ask for a black coffee and they still give me sugar, or they put actual milk instead of almond milk in my drinks. Even specifying just a black cold brew with a shot of vanilla, they added the cream instead on several occasion.

Tim hortons is well , Tim hortons, almost everyone goes to one and sometimes the food and service are great and sometimes it's a miss .On this particular visit our order was Made wrong so we had to go back and get it corrected ( received a coffee instead of a tea )

Was trapped in the drive through for 25 minutes for a medium ice cap. No escape but wait... please staff your restaurant and provide them with the skills to succeed!!!

Not 24-7. Closes at 10 pm opens a 5 am. Relatively busy and steady traffic location as there aren't many Tim's locations in Woodstock. Located on the main drag in the center of town. I've visited the drive through a couple of times and it's standard in comparison to most locations.
