Paolo is great and lots of fun to work with! He won't rush through the conversation and listens intently to your concerns, issues, and questions before providing advice and treatment. He explains what he is doing, the reasoning behind it, and the desired outcomes very well. As with all manual and physical therapies, some work is required on the patient's (your) part, and Paolo does an excellent job of leaving you with information and exercises to work on at home. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking help and/or living with pain or discomfort.

I have been visiting Paolo for headaches and neck pain over the last few weeks. We did lots of soft tissue massage and mobilization of my neck and spine. It has been a great combination for me, allowing not only realignment but also recovery of the muscles and tissues that have been damaged. Paolo combines professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that allows you to feel calm, reassured and in good hands throughout the appointment. Most importantly, of course, he really knows what he is doing. He also provided exercises and lifestyle changes to improve my condition between the appointments. Paolo is an experienced osteopath, he is very attentive, friendly and goes extra mile to make his clients comfortable. I saw improvements right after first session for my tmj and back pain. He will also examine whole body to make sure that he addresses all existing muscle issues and not simply the one that bothers the most. His clinic at home is super clean. Highly recommend.

Mr Paolo spent his time and energy on releasing my trigger point on lateral hamstrings. My left knee was very stiff due to an ACL and bucket tare Meniscus back in 2015. He truly worked his years of experience on my right leg.I had issues relaxing for a few months now. He truly activated the calm and surreal feeling and I am looking forward to a great sleep tonight. I have problem with my right knee for some time now. I did physiotherapy for almost 3 months and it did help relieved the pain and the swelling. It's not completely healed yet, but I took a rest from the treatment for 2 months. Paolo is very kind, calm, considerate and caring. He takes time with my visits and does not rush me out. He seems to be very knowledgeable and professional. My back, hips and knees felt instantly better after just one visit. Now I am going back for maintenance, so that he keeps encouraging me to stand up straight and do my exercises he prescribed.
