We had several excellent meals at Ono while we were staying at the hotel for my birthday. The manager, Vincent, overheard it was my birthday and surprised my wife and I with a complementary dessert. The service we received from Leah for both a Friday lunch and a Saturday brunch was excellent. Thanks so much - we'll be back!

Waited 25 minutes for breakfast. Watched other tables receive there food, which was ordered after us. When asked how much longer it was going to be, the waitress just said that it was not her fault. The kitchen seemed more interested in arguing with waitresses than preparing our food.

had supper there last night and the food is terrible.not worth spending your money here. ordered a ono burger and steak with frites and the meat was low quality and taste sour.not fresh at all. recommend going upstair at Kato fushion

Wouldn't let me sub my carbs for a vegetable option even when i asked to pay extra the waitor acted annoyed that I asked.As a paying patron I should be able to order what I want if I pay for it.

We went for burgers while at the spa yesterday and ordered a chicken burger and a beef burger. We asked for the beef burger without the onions and so when it arrived with the onions we immediately sent it back to correct the order. The second burger was half cooked, very pink and bloody. Had time to take a couple bites before noticing the excessive drip and the colour. The bread was soaked as was the plate Trust me not the definition of “juicy”. They offered to do it again but lost appetite so we declined. When the bill arrived it felt like we paid an excessive price for a small fry. Didn’t want to ruin the day by trying to argue for the bill but also felt like it should have been implied.

After reading all the reviews, we were quite excited to have dinner here. Once seated it took almost 20mins for someone to come over with an offer of drinks. Order our food and the Filet Mignon not only was cooked well done after asking for medium rare, there was a pile of gravy on top. Trying to find a staff meme we to have my order corrected was impossible. The food was cold and mediocre at best and unfortunately not worthy of the 5star reviews boasted online.

Great service, nice presentation and portions. The salmon and Ono burger was tasty, really liked the fries. The mushrooms on toast with Brie was also very good. You can sit with your bathrobe on your visit from Koena spa. They have couches and a bar too.

Food was good but terrible customer service from servers!
