Gord and Devin were amazing! They arrived right on time, knew exactly what they needed to do and had all of the correct equipment to clear out our gutters and downspouts quickly and safely. Did everything they promised and more. Very friendly and willing to answer questions and provided photos of problem corner with long screws in the downspout so now I know exactly what needs to be done to fix it. I will recommend Gorilla Property Services to family and friends! Thanks for a super job.

I was in a bit of an overwhelming situation with all the snow we just had, and I kinda have a very challenging driveway. Gordon came and saw the hot mess that was my driveway and he, alone tackled and cleared what I thought was an impossible situation. He went above and beyond. After getting several quotes, we went with Gord & his team to clean our Condo Building windows. He was able to get to windows in a location that no other company would. They did an amazing job! Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Gorilla services. He thoroughly cleaned our eaves. He cleaned up after himself. He did a nice job of cleaning our windows and cleaning the window screens. He was very kind. He addressed all of our concerns. He didn't try to rush through the work. He had all the best type of equipment to do the job properly. He had a special ladder so the ladder did not touch the eaves. Previously we had a service who dented all the eaves with his ladder. We will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised when Gordon showed up at our home, unannounced, to clean our gutters. We were on the waiting list and didn't expect to get the job done this year, because of the weather. Gordon and Riker battled through strong winds (up to 80kms) and freezing temperatures on Halloween day and did an amazing job. Gordon was super friendly, totally honest and clearly passionate about customer satisfaction. We are so thankful . They did an amazing job, especially considering the conditions they had to work with. The word will be spread to all our friends, neighbors and family, highly recommending Gorilla but especially Gordon.

Gordon is an absolutely wonderful person to deal with! The windows are cleaned beautifully with little disruption to the house indoors. They sparkle indoors and out as well! He is very courteous, a great communicator, and just all around super pleasant to deal with. His prices are very good also. I can't recommend this company highly enough! We are so delighted every time we have Gorilla Property Services attend to our place!

I was very pleased with Gorilla Property Services! I had them clean my windows which was a construction clean-up. I had a lot of stucco and mortar on my windows and they did a fantastic job removing it all! They are very friendly and take pride in their work. It was a really big job!
