Following an accident, our Jeep Cherokee had damage to the fender and bumper. We brought the car to Direct Repair and got a very fair quote . We brought the car in on Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday. We were amazed at how quickly the job was done and by the expert workmanship. Our car looks brand new , like it came out of the showroom. And bonus, the inside was detailed too. Our expectations were exceeded. We are very happy.

My car was hit on the rear door by a snow plow and I sent the car to Direct Repair. After I saw the car fixed, the rear door was changed with a new one, also to point the painting was perfect, you can't even notice the difference, like the original colour. I had shopped around and was surprised to find that they didn't try to oversell and add on unnecessary work and therefore they're quote was affordable vs the other three body shops I received estimates from. This was the first time I had ever taken my car for an autobody repair and I had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They walked me through everything they had to do with the car and answered all the questions I had. There's a reason why they have such great reviews on Google. I dinged my rear right door against a wall and knocked my left side-mirror against a steel column next to my parking spot. Although the mirror is functional, I damaged the bottom corner. I first went to the certified body shop, which quoted me a ridiculously skyrocketing price. Then I checked Google map, which gave me two repair shops near me. The 1st shop gave me a price roughly 45% less than the certified shop with contingency. And I was asked to wait around 2-3 weeks before I could pull my car in to repair. Direct-Repair provides me with an excellent price, almost 60% less than the certified shop. And they only took four days to repair my car and thoroughly cleaned both the exterior and interior. Now my car looks like new. More to say on my good experience, the driver's door wouldn't open from outside after picking up my car. The following Monday, I had to send the car back. It is a small problem, but they had to take off the door panel to fix it. After another 40 minutes, the door was functional, and they didn't charge me for the repair. I appreciate their service, and Direct Repair is my body shop now.

Dougei and his team did an unbelievable job with our vehicle. We had two dent repairs that needed to be completed and when we got the car back we could not believe our eyes. It legitimately looked like a brand new vehicle, I have no idea how they did it. They even washed the car and detailed the inside! Talk about going the extra mile. On top of everything, the cost was extremely reasonable and the customer service was top notch. They were extremely transparent about the labour/materials needed and walked us through the entire repair process. I cannot recommend Direct Repair Leaside enough

Been to many auto shops to get quotes, but this was the only place who told me I don’t need to replace the door with affordable price. They did the amazing job and even cleaned the interior and the exterior. The staff is very kind and helpful. Will recommend to my friends for sure!
