Supplement Superstore

My new and only place to buy supplements! I thought that the site was fake because the prices were so good and also had products that were sold out everywhere! The items came FAST...2.5 days and a delivery on Sunday! Its a REAL Canadian company, not one that has a .CA and located in the UK or China. Trust the site and their products, support them you won't be disappointed. That being said I have not had to deal with their customer service, which is also what a base these online companies value on, but from the the thank you letter enclosed in my order I'm positive that they would be great! No more GNC or Popeyes for me.

I ordered 2 boxes of white chocolate cookies (grenade brand) and it took only 2 days to arrive the packaging quality was amazing and the people are super friendly. Overall amazing experience. I would 100% receding this over anything else specifically if you are in Canada because their prices cannot be beat

I was leery on purchasing from an unknown to me online store but they had what I was looking for at a great price so I decided to take the risk. I am so thankful I did! My order was processed promptly and it was out for shipping the following day. I received it quickly and was surprised when I picked up the box to find nothing was rattling around. This was confirmed when I opened the box and it was a perfect sized box for my order packed with recyclable or reusable paper (both points being eco friendly!). I loved that there were a few samples included AND for me the icing on top was the authentic HAND WRITTEN note of thanks on my invoice! I love that personal touch! I will be returning to their site again to purchase my breakfast shakes!

I ordered dark chocolate raspberry, I have yet to try it but my order was delivered within a week! So that's cool, and even cooler they threw in a bonus white chocolate cookie bar ❤️ much love. Will definitely be ordering from here again when all these bars are gone lol

Ordered from them on Monday and my order came Tuesday. Super fast delivery and the extras were amazing!

Excellent customer service, amazing prices and quick shipping.I placed an order but forgot to add a protein bar to it. I wanted a birthday cake bar because my birthday was coming up, and being in this time I couldn’t celebrate it normally (so a birthday cake protein bar was my treat to myself). I sent in a message asking if it was possible to add it to my order and how to go about paying for it. They got back to me very quickly and offered to add the bar to my order for free. My order was shipped promptly and arrived with a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday. The free samples were awesome and got me to place another order with them.My second order I had placed in multiple orders. I ordered one thing and then decided the next day that I needed a couple other things so ended up placing 2 orders. I messaged them asking if they could ship them both together and they said it was no problem! They shipped it out the next day. Canada Post is slow right now so I haven’t gotten my order yet but I’m super excited to have it get here.This company is outstanding, their prices are low and I am going to order from them again and again. The fact that they’re Canadian is a huge bonus!Thank you Supplement Superstore!

So glad I found this place. I made an order online after seeing items I needed at an amazing sale price. It’s my first time shopping with this company. I ordered the items and they shipped and processed the Order the next day. My order came with some freebies that are much appreciated. I didn’t expect such fast shipment and excellent customer service (with a kind follow up email to check in). Really love it. So glad I found this place! Happy it’s a Canadian company! -Rita

Had an issue with my shipment caused by the courier that was affecting my first purchase experience from supplement superstore in a very unpleasant way, but a quick and very professional email support from supplement superstore left me a great experience with them!
