The Bow Valley Athletic Club

Really nice, updated modern club. The locker room facilities are great, they have everything you’d need to get ready to go to work which is a huge plus. They also offer laundry service so you don’t have to take your clothes back and fourth. Haven’t tried the food yet but I’m sure it’s great. I go during post-lunch rush in the mid afternoon so it’s not too busy. If you’re thinking about joining book a tour and see for yourself.

This gym is never crowded and has everything that you need. The squash courts almost always have availability. Love the fact that they have a laundry and towel service, as it takes away excuses to not go. Staff are excellent and the other members are friendly. Prices are a tad bit high, but the lack of crowds make it worth it. Free parking for members and guests in the morning and the afternoon during the week and all day on the weekend.

Only members club in the heart of Calgary Downtown. Great location, free parking and friendly staff members.

Only opens @ 5:30am, Why not 5am?

Great club under new ownership. Man and ladies with luxurious shower facilities, great workout area and lots of squash courts. And classes for this week want them. Check them out!

My experience at the Bow Valley Athletic Club was 10/10 and the club impressed me in many different ways.First off, it was easy to get to. Parking underground was plentiful, and I was in the club 2 minutes after parking. The concierge validated my parking which was a nice bonus.The club was way bigger than I thought, with multiple racquet courts, a restaurant, a lounge, studios for yoga and HIIT classes, and a fully equipped gym with strength equipment and cardio machines.The changing rooms were spacious and luxurious. The showers were pristine and provided all the amenities I needed, and they have a fantastic eucalyptus steam room and a dry sauna with beach chairs.The men's changing room even had a lounge and bar with complementary snacks and drinks!I wish I could go here every day, but I'll settle for going every time I'm in Calgary.

This used to be the best club in DT Calgary. The dining options, squash, and massage are great. The big negative is that the facilities for female members are shared with the Bow Valley Square Fitness Centre. The me have their own dedicated facilities. Feels wrong.

I might be a little biased, but this is the best downtown club by a Red Mile.

A great club that has nice squash courts, a decent size gym and a fancy locker room. Also, great atmosphere, I highly recommend this place.

Loved it here and Emiley is amazing!
