After receiving a shocking fertility diagnosis, I reached out to Amira for support and her kind, compassionate, generous and gentle approach made the world of difference. Through her mind-body techniques, I found hope again and believed in the possible. I strongly believe that the path she took me down led us to our miracle baby. Amira is kind, calm and supportive. I attended her mind-body fertility group, which turned my attitude towards infertility from anger to empowerment. Her introduction to self-hypnosis within the course changed the way I meditate and think about myself. I also saw Amira for a private counseling session after an unsuccessful cycle with the fertility clinic. She helped us feel hope again and focus on what we can do to bring relief to our lives while we wait. I highly recommend all of Amira's services!

While I was going through my fertility journey a friend recommended I look into Healing Infertility and the group that Amira was running. Joining this group made a huge difference in how I viewed the challenges I was facing. I was able to connect with a group of women who were going through similar challenges and had a safe, non judgmental place to discuss my feelings and get advice on the path forward.Amira’s workshops gave me some excellent resources and tools I could use when I was overwhelmed with what was happening inside my body.I would recommend this group or private sessions to anyone going through their own fertility journey
