I was in from out of town and stopped on to get some ballet shoes and clothes for my 4 year old. The woman working was super helpful and so sweet. When I got home everything for perfectly and my daughter was so excited with the purchases!

The service here is excellent. I was greeted with smiles all around and my pointe shoe fitter new exactly what I needed! I’ll be in here very frequently!

Even during a pandemic this dance store has managed to provide amazing service. Friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate staff. Beautiful options of dance wear. The selection of products and the cleanliness of the store were impressive!

I have been coming to this store for the last four years now. First of all, this place is always clean, very well organized and has a very good decoration taste. Second, their employees service is always helpful and kind. You will feel that people here really care about your needs and it also feels effortless. Third, they have all kind of products related to the dance world. My family and me, we use to buy items like ballet shoes, socks, leotards, leggings and so on, and if we can't find on stock, something they will call you once it becomes available. Fourth, you will receive help regarding sizes and materials. Then, I think the price us good taking into account the quality of the products. It is very helpful if you make a list and ask for specific products, but if you don't have it, people will help you find what you are looking for. I strongly recommend this place, it is close to Jean Talon metro station and you can park in front of the store. (Payed city parking). You will stay for 20 minutes and go out with your products and a very good sensation because of the overall experience. Finally, they also have accessories for making the buns and pins to secure them and very cute key holders.

I hate shoe shopping in general so was understandably dreading buying tap shoes. I knew what I was looking for but no one had them. Someone recommended I check out Danz and from the first phone call, Monique impressed me with her knowledge of dance and tap shoes in particular. She knew her stock and the comparative merits of different brands (I do hoofing which requires a stronger shoe than the dainty classic dancers), she was funny and elegant in person and I left with a Wonderful pair of shoes. Thank you Monique for your help and knowledge!

I never leave reviews but this was the absolute worse experience I ever had with a company. I ordered a pair of shoes online at the end of July, I never wore them, tried them on for size for two seconds and decided they were not going to work for me. I requested an exchange since they do not accept returns, so I complied to the policy and shipped them at my own expense within the exchange window. The shoes made it there but sat in the post office for two weeks waiting to be picked up by the company, for whatever reason. I sent three emails to get some help about this over the course of two weeks, I also tried contacting over Facebook since I was not getting acknowledged at all. I’m about to go to a dance Congress and was hoping to get my replacement shoes in time, but this company has no regard for my time or money. I have been very respectful and far patient, but now this is unacceptable and a huge loss for me when I did absolutely nothing wrong and can’t get a simple email back with some help. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid this store especially online.
