I've been in a gazillion different courier pickup/office services shops ... fellow here was helpful, courteous. Will definitely be back. The shop on Eglinton at Duplex could pick up a few pointers here!VERY SORRY to learn of your move to Eglinton Ave. The great thing about the Bathurst location was parking when I had large or unwieldy packages. This sounds like a step in the wrong direction.

I come to this place for all my shipping to family and friends outside Canada. We have had all kinds of things packed and shipped at this location and they always make it on time and in the same condition as when I drop them off. They take time and put in a lot of care with my items . Great job.

Always used this location for shipping our stuff. On our most recent trip we forgot something at the hotel and they were able to retrieve it for us and have it brought back to Canada. Many thanks for making the procedure easy.

We had to ship some fragile items and needed assistance with packing. The staff at this location took care of all our concerns and sent us pictures of the parcel throughout the packing procedure and ultimately the packed item. It was delivered within the time they told us. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be back again.

I have had an absolutely awful experience here! The first time I showed up it was 6:15pm and they said that they would not serve me because they were closed meanwhile they close at 6:30. The second time I got a call saying that my package had arrived and when I got there it wasn’t there, they called DHL and asked them to bring it back to their location. The THIRD time (yesterday) I showed up again at 6:15pm (my job finishes at 6pm) and he had the door locked and the lights off. When he opened the door he said “Can I help you” i said, I’m just picking up a package, he responded with we are closed, I again challenged that with you close at 6:30 not 6:15 and he said “yeah but by 6:30 the door is locked and we’re out of here. We close everything before 6:30” unfortunately that’s not the way the world works. You business hours are until 6:30 on google therefore you support customers until 6:30. He then said that my package wasn’t there and said “You should have come right away when I called you”. He called me on Wednesday at 5:30pm (this was on Friday), Which is absolutely pathetic. With less then 24 hours he sent my package back to DHL because I didn’t come quick enough... what a joke. People have jobs and families, we can’t just rush there ASAP when you didn’t even tell me you were going to send it back with less then 24 hours. Today is January 29, see photo attached of the phone call from January 27th at 5:30pm. Sorry I didn’t leave my job and leave my kids at home alone to come and pick up a package that I didn’t know had a timeline on it. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful that way I was spoken to. 3 times I went back, and all 3 times was made out to be wrong. When I called DHL they said this should never happen and that they shouldn’t send packages back like that especially with no notice. I will never use this service centre ever again and they should read a book on what business hours are made for.
