I've lived in Secord Corners for almost six years as a tenant. Under Core Management, particularly Charissa Shine the maintenance of the common areas including snow removal, sidewalk maintenance and landscaping in the summer has been excellent. Response to maintenance concerns such as parking area lighting etc. has been prompt.Setting up tenant link" communication has really helped with our knowing when maintenance crews will be on-site

I have been living at Park Place Hamptons for over 5 years now. Core management has worked hard at helping me with any issues I've had with either parking/Noise complaints/ Issues with outside windows. Brittanee has been an amazing building manager for these condos, and an absolute joy to work with! :) :) Also any time I've had to go into the office with needing new fobs, staff have been super friendly and eager to help.
