My wife and I arrived at the store location in Guelph with the intend on buying a bra. As soon as we entered, I was asked to put a mask on. I mentioned that for medical reasons I could not. The sales woman said that since I didn't have to be in the store and could not wear a mask, I had to leave. She mentioned that the store is private property and due to the fact that she has a medical condition she did not feel comfortable having me in the store. I came in with my wife to assist her as it is physically difficult for her. I will never recommend this store! They do not accommodate people with disabilities. SORRY BUT YOU LOST $300.00 WEARTH OF SALES!!!!!We found ANOTHER STORE where the sales woman was very accommodating and very friendly! As we were leaving, a group of 4 people came in. One of them could not use the hand sanitizer so the sales woman was more then happy to let her use the bathroom to wash her hands. Another woman with the group did not have a mask on but was still welcomed to shop in the store. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Large selection for every size. Friendly and attentive staff able to help you find anything you're looking for. I felt no pressure to buy anything, and made sure that everything fit perfectly! My favorite place to shop, if they dont have your size they will order it in so you can try it on!

Dropped in with my wife so she could have a bra fitting. Vicanie's was recommended by a friend of my wife. Dealt with Bethany, she was very informed and helpful. They didn't have the correct size in stock but ordered it from one of their other locations. Bethany called as soon as it came in and we went so my wife could confirm the fit. Everything went perfectly. The store is clean and quiet which makes for a more comfortable environment than the typical lingerie stores found in malls. Personal, friendly service. Highly recommended. They also carry some ladies swimwear and Saxx men's underwear.

We had appointments booked and everything went so smoothly. Excellent assistance from the staff. You might spend a little more but you leave with under garments that fit perfectly and are so comfortable and flattering. This was my second visit and my only store for bra shopping.

The store is open and inviting. Very nice atmosphere, the ladies were lovely and very helpful. They'll help you find what fits your body and bust so that you can shop better on your own. I'll definitely be going back. A bit expensive but worth the price

I love the staff here, always very helpful and friendly. The only reason for the star knocked off is I bought a bra here and it keeps breaking! I've taken it back in for an alteration and the first time I put it on after I brought it home, it broke again. I've given up on it and now it just sits in the drawer :( I loved the bra but it was very inconvenient for the straps to keep breaking off. The replacement bra I bought from here is nice and soft, no issues yet but definitely not as nice as my initial purchase.

I'm plus sized and shopping for bras is stressful. Even though it was recommended to me, I didn't have a good experience here.I told the saleswoman that I was definitely not interested in underwire bras at all. Her opinion was that I wasn't measured properly and that I needed the right" underwire. She wouldn't bring me anything else.Although I wanted to have a great experience

I was impressed with the selection here. I have a size that's tough to find, and most places have maybe 2 or 3 bras for me to try. Here I tried on at least 15! It was great. I left with 3 that I really like and another 1 or 2 on order. They were patient and helpful with sizing and style etc. So I will be returning and I'd recommend to others who want comfortable and well-fit undergarments.

I received top notch treatment here and was impressed with their customer service. They fitted me for the proper size bra and I came away with many well fitting, beautiful pieces.
