Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have a bit of elevated blood pressure but not on any meds and asked questions about what I could take to help lower a bit. Was told beets help. So I purchased beet root powder and have been taking it now for 3 weeks and my blood pressure is now in the green. Thank you so much for your help and will be in very soon to purchase more.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Products are easy to find. If you need assistance the staff are more then accommodating. The overall atmosphere of the store would benefit from a less aggressive music selection playing in the store. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Their customer service is excellent. Whether it is the right valerian root for the cat or the line of cosmetics I like, they make sure to bring in exactly what I like. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are very nice. Well done.

Lovely knowledgeable staff. Offers a lot of Vegan products and other specialty items. Very clean and organized shop. They offer curbside pickup and have a great website to browse. I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5 but, Google doesn't allow it.

Friendly staff. I was able to order in a specific food item that I would have to drive to Toronto for otherwise. Prices are average, as expected for a store that sells organic and other healthier items. The store does have a good variety of vitamins and minerals, which my girlfriend appreciates (a few images of them are included)

I'm very disappointed. Never took a cleanse was recommended to take 7 day cleanse, which did the opposite. It did not cleanse me at all did the opposite it completely blocked me up for over a week. Their response is nothing we are going to do to help you. Not looking for refund but to replace what I purchased to now help with new problemI came back another day for help for cold told to leave store and nothing they could do. Very rude refused to help

I had an amazingly good experience and also a cold experience in sigrids , hence the 4 rating . The employer ( Joan ) was very knowledgeable , very friendly and welcoming and very helpful .Unfortunately the young lady at the cash register was very cold , unfriendly and arrogant .I have visited Sigrids many times since it opened in Kingston and have always loved the help there in the past . .

everyone in here is so kind and they have such a wide variety of things! great for vegans/anyone with dietary restrictions. also love the selection of candles, masks, crystals, makeup/hair products, etc.

I'm from Hamilton and have come to stay with my parents during quarantine. I had no idea how long this would be going on and did not think of stocking up on any kind of face wash, soap, etc. My mom mentioned that she was headed to this shop and that it looked like they carried the brand I use! This is the only brand of moisturizer I have been able to use that does not give me hives or cystic acne because of allergies. Despite the current circumstances I was able to inquire via email and everyone was so kind even though they were running off their feet to get products out the door! You are all amazing and bless you for the work that you do!
