This place is great for leisure and lessons in their pool. Good parking. Ramps for wheelchair accessibility. Only one room meant for one single parent to change opposite gender child ie, if you're a single father changing your daughter over 6 years old you have to race to get that one room. Friendly (young) staff. Leisure swim is cheap same as the other city run pools. If you're in the area it's worth trying it out!

The arena is pretty good, but it is in need of some updating. The old bench style seating is cold and uncomfortable, the lobby area is a little cramped and for those of you who enjoy the comfort of heating it doesn't seem to work in the stands.The rink itself was good, I've skated here before and if I remember right the ice played well.

Nothing is available ever unless you're playing hockey or paying for lessons. Public and email skating is like on a Tuesday during school hours and for 50 minutes on Sunday. Really? So unless a child is in a program they can't skate at all really and the outdoor rinks in this city are rarely in good shape because of all the snow and ice rain we get. Yet another thing you have to fight, pay and hustle for in this city that isn't all that important but you can't participate in.

Pretty basic rec center but it is we equipped. The area which is what I used had good sized change room and the bleachers in the rink were nicely heated and even had LCD TVs hanging from the ceiling.

Nice arena ad swimming pool at the pineveiw recreational complex tons of parking space so everyone has a place to park it also seems that there are a few baseball dimonds nearby overall good area locaited in the west end off baseline just up from algonquin college

The staff gave us an extra ten minutes of ice time. The ice was good and the rooms CLEAN which is alway a pleasant surprise. What a great place.
