Price are little bit better than across the river but they seem understaff. Impossible to get service on site or on the phone. When you do talk to an employee they are proficient and helpful but that will most likely be at check out...

I found what I needed but the cactus and other plants were drying out. They need MORE water. Some plants were so dehydrated I thought they might be dead or close to being dead. some were badly damaged. And a lot of them are still very pretty and looking healthy. Staff is very nice and friendly. The store is clean. They have hand sanitizer that doesn't smell bad! I still would recommend this store but they need to water more!

Good selection, friendly staff. My only issues are when trying to call them its always a hassle. And the Info-email replies from them feel like they're just brushing you off and dont really care.They really want you to come in stores.

Called them a few times to get infos on weather they had received their shipment but nobody ever answer the phone. Tried reaching out to them on Facebook, again same thing nobody ever get back to you……very poor customer service so decided to go shopping somewhere else……preferably somewhere that the owner does care about his business but mostly about his customers. I live an hour away so just can’t go just to see if they have what I want. Their phone number should be removed from the internet since it is useless!!

I love their selection of outdoor and indoor plants. Once in a while they bring in some really beautiful exotic plants that you don't readily find in other stores.
