Great products but terrible to try to get any parts under warranty or not.Pump is still under warranty but decided not to bother and just pay for the new part.Franklin told supplier the part is in stock and will be 2 days shipped from the local warehouse.7 days later still nothing.Had Suppier contact them and they still have not shipped it.Try explaining that to the customer when their equipment is still not running!

I have tried for two hours now to speak with someone regarding purchasing a new motor for my bathroom ceiling fan I have been given nothing but the runaround no one is calling me back no one knows of anyone that I can speak with. I give up The current motor that I have is no longer working and is from Franklin. Terrible service.
